Before our formal school pilot concludes, we ran a focused case study: 25 users worldwide, more than a hundred hours in Vocal, and honest early findings. We publish what we know — and what we are still measuring.
Early evidence
This page is about what we have observed so far. The founding-school pilot is ongoing and expected to complete by August 1, 2026. Full institutional outcomes will follow.

Usage depth
Not a one-off demo. Repeated voice-led practice — scenario rehearsal, mentor support in the moment, and return visits when the next difficult conversation was coming.
We measure time in meaningful practice, not passive scrolling.
Formal pilot
The structured founding-school pilot has not finished yet. We are running it now and will publish full outcome metrics after the pilot concludes.

What we have learned so far
These are patterns from real usage, not final pilot conclusions. We are careful not to overclaim before the school programme finishes.
Users return to practice the conversation they are about to have — parent at the door, behaviour reset, difficult feedback — not generic modules they may never need.
When the stakes are high, typing feels slow. Speaking through the scenario with AL — your personal AI mentor — matches how people actually prepare under pressure.
Early signals point to clearer self-assessment after multiple runs — not one perfect session. Capability builds when practice is safe and repeatable.
Usage across continents confirms what we suspected: the practice gap — knowing what to do versus doing it well in the moment — is not unique to one school system.
The gap is not information. It is the second between knowing the right move and being able to deliver it — calmly, clearly, when someone is watching. That is what 100+ hours of practice has been testing.
What comes next
School leaders and professional development leads are onboarding into a structured evaluation now. When the pilot closes, we will share outcome data alongside the usage evidence you see here.
