By accessing or using Vocal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Vocal on behalf of a school, trust, or institution, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Vocal provides voice-led performance support for educators and professionals. Features, availability, and pilot programme terms may vary during our founding cohort rollout.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for using Vocal only for lawful professional development purposes.

• Misuse the platform or attempt to access data belonging to other users
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with Vocal's systems
• Use Vocal to generate harmful, unlawful, or discriminatory content
• Share account access outside your authorised team without permission

Vocal, its methodology, instructional design, and platform architecture are owned by Noble&Bright. Your institution's standards and content you upload remain yours.

Vocal provides AI-assisted mentoring grounded in performance-based instructional design. Guidance is intended to support professional judgement — not replace it.

Vocal is provided “as is” during pilot rollout. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, though we design for real-world connectivity conditions.
