Enterprise-grade security with full data residency in Europe.
Vocal is built on AWS infrastructure in Ireland (eu-west-1). We align our practices with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
We collect only what is necessary to deliver Vocal's performance support:
- Account information (name, email, school or institution affiliation)
- Usage data related to practice sessions, voice interactions, and capability evidence
- Technical data (device type, browser, connectivity) to support real-world use
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
How we use your data
- Deliver voice-led mentoring and performance support tailored to your role
- Measure demonstrated capability — not just time on platform
- Improve Vocal for founding pilot schools and partners
- Communicate about your account, pilot programme, or support requests
Data residency & security
All production data is stored in Europe. We use enterprise-grade encryption in transit and at rest.
